DSM range includes Fermivin, Fermicru, and Collection Cepage yeasts; Rapidase enzymes; Maxaferm and Extraferm fermentation aids. All products comply with European Codex OIV, the Food Chemical Codex and the Food Association Joint Expert Committee. All DSM winemaking yeast strains as well as the micro-organisms used in producing our wine enzymes are not genetically modified. DSM products are manufactured at sites with ISO9000 and HACCP certification.
